My complaint:
I transferred my remaining money of $522.88 into my savings vault last night of Wednesday June 16, 2021. When I did this it posted that I now have $0.00 in my vault.
I should have $522.88 in my savings vault but I don’t cause you people keep telling me it’s a technical problem and you are working on the issue.
This problem should of never happened, I should not see a 0 balance. I’m really getting tired of hearing I’m sorry I understand your frustration.
I need my money in my account that is my life line you have all

Same thing happened to me this morning with green dot. I transferred $550.00 into the vault and it never showed up! It shows on my transaction history it went to the vault but no money is in there. I’ve called 8 times and been told they are working on the issue. And they are sorry. Well sorry isn’t paying my bills. I need my money ASAP. I will be canceling my card after this issue. I’ll go with a different prepaid card company.
