My complaint:

ON JAN 5TH I DISPUTED TO TRANSACTION ON MY ACCOUNT ONE ON 122321 FOR THE AMOUNT OF 400.. AND ANOTHER ONE ON JAN 5TH FOR THE AMOUNT OF 350.00 IT WENT TO MEMBER SERVICES. WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT WENT TO MY CREDIT CARD UNDER US BANK BUT SHOWS MEMBER SERVICES I CANCELLED THAT DISPUTE. THE MONEY CAME OUT OF MY MONEY CARD WALMART ACCOUNT. AND WENT TO MEMBER SERVICES FOR US BANK FOR MY PREPAID CREDIT CARD TOTAL AMOUNT WAS 750.00 . I TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 877-937-4098 FOR WALMART MONEY CARD SEVESRAL TIMES SPENT AT LEAST 20 HOURS WAITING ON HOLD THEY EITHER TELL ME THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO TRANSFER ME TO THE DISPUTE CENTER AND PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER HOUR TO TELL ME THEY NEED TO SEND ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE NOT CONFIRMATION NUMBERS FOR THE TRANSACTIONS AND THAT US BANK STILL HAS THE MONEY. I CALLED THE US BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 800-558-3424 AND THEY TELL ME IT WAS REVERSED BY GREEN DOT (WALMART MONEYCARD) AND THEY TELL ME THE REFERENCE NUMBERS FOR BOTH TRANSACTION 400.00 REFERENCE NUMBER IS 7354 AND THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE 350.00 IS 7355 THAT THE MONEY WAS REVERSED TO WALMART MONEY CARD. I CALLED BACK WALMART MONEY CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THE REFERENCE NUMBERS TO LOOK UP TO FIND OUT WHERE MY MONEY IS. I TOLD THEM I WAS FILING A COMPLAINT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP MARVIN EXACT WORDS WERE I DONT CARE IF THE MONEY IS NOT IN YOUR ACCOUNT WE DIDNT RECECIVE IT . MARVIN WAS VERY RUDE . I WANT THIS MONEY RETURNED TO ME .

I WANT THIS MONEY RETURNED TO ME AND AN APOLOGY. I HAVE THE REFERENCE NUMBERS THAT IT WAS RETURNED TO WALMART MONEY CARD OR KNOWN AS GREEN DOT BANK .
