My complaint:
I am unable to access my account because green dot put a freeze on my account said my information was wrong. SoI reported the incident on July 3rd and to the day I have Not been told what is going on and I’m still waiting for my tax refund. I submitted my information and I still haven’t heard from greendot.
Suggested solution:
They should have resolved this complaint many weeks ago like They told me a refund check would be issued and it never did.
