My complaint:
On 7/31/23 I was notified of suspicious activity on my account. I responded immediately and the account was blocked. I have been waiting for a replacement card ever since. I cannot pay my bills, rent, etc. I am receiving calls and late charges from my creditors. Every time I call Green Dot, I get the runaround about when I will have access to my money. Today the agent hung up ln me. I need help! I want to file a formal complaint with whatever agency that regulates Green Dot. Please tell me how.
Suggested solution:
Release my funds by providing the necessary card. Provide me with a written explanation that will prove to my creditors that this is not my fault. And reimburse me for the late charges that are steadily accruing with each day of delay.
