My complaint:
I just bought a $20 green dot Visa card at CVS. Nowhere on the packaging did it say a social security number was required. I spent 45 minutes with CVS employees trying to register this card. I am not willing to give my ss for a 20$ card I am not going to refill. ( plus I suffered from identity theft some years ago. I have tried every way to reach you and I can’t even talk to you without giving you my ss. I am reporting this to Better Business Bureau, CVS headquarters ( this was suggested by the store manager) and putting it on Facebook and Twitter. You owe me $20 of a card that works

Send me a check for $20. Put clearly on packAge that this cannot be registered without your social security number
