My complaint:
I recently got married, I couldn’t change my name on the account. So I bought a new card, and yep you guess it green dot bank won’t allow me to update my name. So now I can’t cash my checks, so now I’m stuck, no money nothing, I was told to keep buying cards and hope my name change happens.
Suggested solution:
Well it's common sense, people get married all the time. Green dot should give me my money and card as paid for. There are anti trust laws and fraud involved here. How many people do they pull this bs with
