My complaint:

I opened an account in 2019 and there were issues and somehow in trying to fix the issues I ended up with 2 accounts and was sent 2 cards. This was problematic, so I really did not make use of the accounts. Since then I no longer have the debit card, but my stimulus check was deposited in one of the accounts. I have attempted to call, but cannot request a new card – as the system shows 2 accounts and I need the card number to identify the account and there is no means to gain access to an operator. I also have emailed repeatedly and even reached out to their page on Facebook with no help. So, they are in possession of $1200 that is mine but will do nothing to help me regain access to my account.

Suggested solution:

Someone needs to reach out to me and issue a new card and if there are any account fees involved these should be waived. They also need to change their phone system so that there is the possibility of getting through to a human being that can solve an issue that is as complicated as mine is. At this point it feels as if they have stolen my money since they refuse to contact me to help provide access to money that is mine.
