An account was opened using my idenity. A checking account debit card was sent to my home.
I have attempted to call green dot 4 times with all calls being disconnected after 12-15 mintues. I attempted to file an online fraud complaint however all attempts to do so have resulted in We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we’re unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.
I have contacted the police about this –
They need to cancel this account immediately and this cancellation.
