My complaint:
Can’t speak to anyone to get my money refunded I had money taken off my card back in June 2020 and it was never returned in my account at all I have records I’ve got the records from cashapp showing I’m there part of all this plus I keep calling the number to speak to someone I hold 20 min then you hang up on me there had been transactions I knew didn’t look right during that time also I could no longer get money out the atm I’ve changed my card numerous times this is not fat or a low amount of money total $1,600
Suggested solution:
I want my money placed back in my account I do love green dot but life is hard I don’t have money like that to give away and I’d like to know what steps to take after this as far as legal action
