I opened a walmart checking account and it took almost 2 weeks to receive my customized card. after receiving it, i activated and made few purchases, then suddenly it was blocked, i decided to login online to see what the problem was. when i logged in i saw the following in my account
you are no longer eligible to access the vault. if you had a vault it has been transferred back to your card. i dont understand the meaning of the above.
I decided to call customer service on 1-877-937-4098. it ranged for almost 30mins no response. i called severally there was no response.
its annoyingly frustrating considering the difficult times we are in. i need to access my money. can someone help?
