My complaint:
My balance showed $0. It did NOT show -$20. When So when I deposited $90 Onto my card, I expected there to be $90 but instead there was only $69. I am unemployed because of the covid-19 and I am hungry. They should not be charging such ridiculous fees during a time like this and especially not without any warning!
Suggested solution:
They should refund my $20 IMMEDIATELY and they should refund the $20 they told from me a month earlier.
