Green Dot Bank complaint: I bought a defective,green dot card it doesn’t let me activate the card at all

My complaint:

I bought a green dot card for $500 dollars,it won’t let you activate the card every time I call customer service it gives me the run around.

Suggested solution:

All I ask for is a refund,form to fill out and they keep giving me the run around.
