My complaint:

I have a number of complaints. First in October my Go2bank debit card went missing/stolen. Then when I got my direct deposit from Social Security. There was a $1200 withdrawal from my account to another person (Aaron Yamashita) obviously person who stole my card with 4 more withdrawals in his name not mine. So I called Social Security to change the direct deposit into a different account. But for some reason my next months direct deposit went into the stolen card account number. Which I reported stolen and had no access to my money. I have another go2bank debit card and asked them to transfer money from stolen card account into my other debit card with Go2bank. Since my other debit card had a different account number they said they couldn’t transfer money. They said they would send me a replacement card with same account number where my money was deposited. But I didn’t receive the replacement card as it was sent back. Again they said sending me another replacement card. I asked them to expedite time to get card. Without my authorization they charged me $24.95 to get card sooner (within 2 days) it’s been over a week and still haven’t received replacement card. I asked them to reverse the $24.95 fee as it didn’t work. They said that they couldn’t reverse the charge. So I asked them to send me email with a barcode I could take to Walmart to scan barcode and get $500 advance of my money. The barcode wasn’t available to scan as it was obscured by icon on top. Several attempts of emails with barcode didn’t work. So I still haven’t been able to access my money in a month. Everything I try to do to get my money hasn’t worked. So I asked them to just close out my account and send me the balance in my account. They said they can’t do that and subsequently blocked my account. This is the only money I get once a month from Social Security to live on. But haven’t been able to access it. Causing me(64 yr old man) to be homeless without food and water to survive. I have been calling them every day for a month to resolve this. They have hung up on me several times and they have not helped me one bit. I’m in such a dire situation with no money to live on. I’m just trying to survive sleeping outside in the cold without food and water. The basics for survival. My health has not been good due to this. I don’t know what else I can do. I’m dying out here. I just got done chatting with someone and he just gives me a case number as it is in dispute and I have to wait 2 business days. I can’t believe this is happening to me. I don’t know if I can take it anymore. This is my money from Social Security. Not a credit card account like it’s there money. But they do everything to prevent me from getting my money. What can I do?

Suggested solution:

By simply transferring my money into the other debit card I have with them even though other card account number is different from account number where money is. They said they can't do that. Even though both cards use Green Dot bank just different account numbers. I said if I had a regular bank like BofA and say me and my wife have our own accounts at BofA with different account numbers that I'm sure I could transfer money to her account or her account to mine since both are in same bank. Right? But I feel I'm being punished cuz I can't get my own money for survival. Nothing they suggested is working. 1) sending me replacement card I never received but charged me $24.95 fee to get it sooner. Won't reverse the $24.95 fee that didn't work. Sending me email with a barcode to take to Walmart. But barcode not viewable for them to scan it at Walmart so I can get $500 advance. Nothing they suggest has worked. But they won't just transfer money from one account to the other account I have with them even though they have different account numbers. That would be the easiest way. But NO
WTF. This is criminal I can't take it anymore.
