My complaint:
Someone that is a close family member has assumed my identity and ordered a greendot card online and stole my unemployment back pay.they had receive $ 14566.00 before they were asked to send in documentation to validate there changing of address which only took a mere cut and paste job and all was well they changed the user login for my I’d.gov account that I still can’t get into greendot has requested I send them info of who I am in great lenths which i have done on Nov 28. 122 124 129 2 supervisors later three new case numbers because for some reason unbeknownst to them they closed those cases 1219 and 1222 and in today 1226 they give me another case 47904168 just in case someone that can really help me get my spent money back and the $7345.60 refund there toying with during covid 19 I and my grand daughters are not gonna b covered in rental assistance I need all my money ..now before I find the right organization to really stop this Shananahgain

Do there job compare resolve .respond to me and don't further confuse the issue by contacting the person who did it in the first place Iv sent my I'd a copy of a recent national grid bill my new lease the new case number 47904168 the last supervisor mz m.Dolittle asurred me this would be it I want my refund check over note and the spent amount reinbursted in a refund check as well.Asap
