My complaint:

I bought a temp prepaid visa card like 2 weeks ago. I lost my card like a week ago. And I’ve called everyday letting them know I have to pay bills so let me transfer or access money from my account which they will not do. They say I have to wait on my personal card which was suppose to be here on the 14th of this month but as you see it’s the 15th and they still haven’t sent my card. They say it’s pushed back to more days which is the 16th. And they also hanging up in my face.(I have bills to pay and kids to feed)

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Allow me to transfer my funds or some kind of way help me to get them out since they holding my personal card.
