My complaint:

i have had my card for over a year maybe 2 i received my stimulus with no problems so i was comfortable with getting my tax the same .so when i tried to retrieve my funds they blocked my card and ask for id .i then uploaded 2 forms of id and still had problems i called customer service 3days in a row to be hung up on laughed at at and was told to contact dispute department i did that, i then asked to speak with a superviser ,the young lady told me she did not have one i was hung up on numerous times. i called back same thing happened again called 1866-652-4611 ext 2402 the lady said she didnt have supperviser and i was hung up on i then called back and was placed on hold for 30-45 min i sill have not spoken with anyone i am unable to pay rent or buy diapers it has made me sick physically and emotionally stressing
