My complaint:

A hold was placed on my account for no particular reason since November 2020. The agents are rude and not helpful at all. They ask me to submit all this documentation, but say it was “lost.” I shouldn’t have to submit documentation for my account. nothing suspicious took place

Suggested solution:

My account needs to be closed and a refund check needs to be sent back to me.
