My complaint:
In 2018 I filed my 2017 tax with free tax USA, FreeTaxUSA did not let me know that they uploaded my funds to a GreenDot card I have contacted GreenDot numerous times about my account ,over the grace of two years GreenDot has refused to let me access my money and has not allowed me to get a card shipped to my address and over a two-year Grace. Of time they have taken approximately around about $198 from my tax refund I have been on the phone with GreenDot numerous occasions and they have hung up on me they have been very rude I have not been able to get through to them haven’t even got e-mails back from customer service and when I did they said that my account complaint was resolved that was a lie, I have a disabled child I am about to lose my home my vehicle due to covid-19, I’m at lost with words how these ppl can do this..
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate if GreenDot put every bit of pennies that they have taken from my card back onto my card and issue me a new card so that I can have access to my deposited refund from the IRS
