My complaint:
The crooks over at Greendot scam bank stole my money. They stole 43.00 dollars from my account. I cancelled a purchase I had made on Amazon 2 weeks ago for 43 dollars and I have never received my money back. I made the purchase and 20 minutes later cancelled it. I have spoken with amazon regarding this issue, and they told me since the purchase was canceled they never charged me any money. Greendot is one who charged me for this. I spoke with a representative from Greendot who told me to wait until January 21, 2020 for the money to be on my account. I go to see if the money has been credited back to my account and now all of the sudden the entire transaction is just gone. And I have not received my money. They totally just removed the transaction as if it was never even made so they didn’t have to give me my money back. Im so fed up with this scam bank I want my money back so I can cancel my card Im so so sick of this place
