My complaint:
This is for green dot PLATNIUM
I have tried calling regular green dot and the platnium number, however I cannot get through to speak to a live person on either phone numbers . I am having many issues with my account, no live person to speak to, there are charges on my account not authorized by me, and some of my money I deposited isn’t showing up! I need a live person to talk to about my account, I would like help!
Suggested solution:
I have emailed customer service and called many times , no reply! I want my money back immediately
