My complaint:

I had someone use my intuit turbo card issued by Greendot Bank for fraudulent purchases. I filed a dispute and in the agreement it states that if a decision is not made after 10 business days a provisional credit will be issued. I filed it over 10 business days ago and online it shows a message from 10 days ago telling me they will have an answer in only 7 business days. Nothing has been given to me. I called and spoke to a woman that was no help. She told me she had no update or information for me. This is ridiculous. the amount of dispute was over $3000.00 and I need my money back. I am contacting a lawyer for help on this today and possibly looking into a class action because this happens to way too many people.

Suggested solution:

Follow the guidlines and give me back my money today!
