My complaint:
Greendot locked my account on April 26 2021 due to a hacking it had 3,500 dollars in it at the time I have since then contacted them so many times to be hung up on mostly or told to resend the same documents again for upward or 10 times now It has been almost 6 months called today 09212021 was on hold 48 minutes and then hung up on. I need help!! I’m filing a complaint with complainbiz

Issue my refund they keep saying it’s because they need my state issued identification but I have sent it several times
