My complaint:
My account was closed with no warning. I was told it was detected fraud and would be looked into. When I checked my account there was no unusual activity, just the money I already had in there. Customer service give no information and you just get the run around when trying to access your funds. I am beyond frustrated and want answers about why Green Dot will not let me have access to MY funds and are doing NOTHING to resolve the issue
Suggested solution:
They need to unblock my account so that I have access to the money that is rightfully mine
