My complaint:

I noticed money was stolen from my account $300 so I filed a dispute 2 weeks later I called to follow up and was told that it was still pending I followed up 2 weeks later and was told it was never filed more money was stolen 500 this time and I called to dispute it as well as speak to manager and they refused a manager calls me I tell them I also am recording the call and they told me to stop or they will hang up and they refused to speak to me and it continues to happen im a single mom 4 kids not working due to covid and greendot keeps taking my money i have recordings for every conversation
