My complaint:
Green dot locked my card,I get my disability funds on this card I messaged them,called them,sent all the info they asked of me repeatedly and every customer service representative gave me a different email address each time,I’ve been hung up on,left in hold,and each time I do talk to someone they assure me it will be two days,it’s been two weeks,I have bills to pay,I can’t get them to give me my money or settle anything I just keep getting out of,I want my money.
Suggested solution:
When they give me my money,send me a check for my money that's on my account or they can unlock my card which would be great since they locked it for no reason
