My complaint:
Somehow my tax return was deposited onto the turbo prepaid card that is provided by green dot and when I found out they told me I had to send all this information over to them to do my identity and I did and my money has been sitting there since June I have two children I’m going through a hardship and they’re refusing to release my money I’ve jumped through every hoop they wanted me to jump through and they won’t release my money I attached a picture showing on the money is still in the account and I even went to the sheriffs office and made a report
Suggested solution:
Release my money so State Intuit will send me a cgeck
