My complaint:
10222020 I opened an account with Green Dot over the phone. Gave all information. Deposited $200. On 10242020 money was removed from the card. Have not used the catd. At Walmart I was advised that I had the wrong pin. Made 2nd attempt to use the card 10292020 when I found that the money was gone without me authorize
Suggested solution:
Send my $200. Shut the thieves down.
