My complaint:
Green dot services Uber drivers. Actually we get conned into using GoBank by Uber by being offered 0% transaction fees. GoBank sends its customer a debit card without a security chip, then does not cover the customer when they get scammed, like I Did. Then, dealing with customer service is a nightmare. Not only did my account get wiped out, but I’ve spent hours writing letters and speaking to a customer service that can barely communicate in English. Never put money in this bank and Uber drivers beware! Pay the .50 per transaction and use a legit bank. This bank is not legit. This bank does not protect you!!
Suggested solution:
Cover the fraudulent debit charge like any other bank would?
