My complaint:

My friend used my card when I was sleeping to take a Lyft to Cleveland. My card was in my wallet and he used it without my knowledge. When I woke up he was gone and I found out he used my card. I than used the remaining money on my card and filed a complaint with green dot. They of course canceled my card and sent a new one.
I contacted Lyft and they terminated his account. I also filed a police report. However Green Dot refused to reimburse me and they do not answer their phones. My next step is to file a complaint with the ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE in California. Also may pursue a class action lawsuit, as this has happened to others.
My case number is 38260385.
I hope they resolve this so I don’t have to take further action.
