My complaint:
Green. Froze my account for fraud I told me to different reason why they froze it once they said I loaded $135 MoneyPak then they said I loaded the $300 MoneyPak. The first MoneyPak they said I load it was on October 7th 2019 the second MoneyPak they say I loaded was May 2nd 2020 a fraud complaint was filed for a MoneyPak loaded on my card in October for 1:35 a fraud charge was made on May 2nd when I asked the lady can she give me more detail she act like she couldn’t hear me she hung the phone up I’ve been waiting 2 hours to talk to someone else but every time I get on the phone with someone they told me something different then they act like they can’t hear me Janae hang up
Suggested solution:
Unlock my card pay for all late fees that I got four all my bills because of them locking my card on a fraudulent fraud charge
