My complaint:

There were charges made to my account. I filed a dispute and after waiting 10 business days, I was refunded the money to my account. I tried to make transactions with the money paid back to me for bills I had to put on the side due to this mishap. They were declined. I contacted customer service and was told that it would go through and that theres was nothing wrong with my account but to try and wait a couple days to make any transactions and avoid logging into my account as they would be monitoring it due to my recent dispute. Within the two days that I was told to not log onto my account, 1,000 was taken from my account. I called customer service AGAIN to file an dispute and they had told me the email that I used for my account was changed and that’s how they were able to take the money out of my account. I assured them I did not make this change nor was I notified of a change in my account. They closed the account, filed my dispute and told me that after the 10 business days they would mail me a check for the 1,000 and the balance that was left in my account. After the 10 business days I was given no notification of the status and called customer service again. They told me that they were still investigating. After the 15 day mark after the dispute was filed, I receive an email that no errors were found. Not only did they not give me the 1,000 stolen but I did not receive the balance from my account either.

Suggested solution:

Give me back the money taken.
