My complaint:

Green dot says that there is Fraud on my card the day after I got paid. I’ve called several times and been on hold of an hour and a half just to be told I can not touch my $220 and my account is closed and they are still charging me $9.99 a month on an account that is closed and I can not touch my money nor do I know what the fraud is for. They keep telling me to wait for an email in 5 business days but it has been 6 business days and that money is part of my rent

Suggested solution:

Tell me what fraud was committed and refund the $9.99 charge when my card is closed. No need to take my money if I can’t even use the card. And refund me my $220.25
