My complaint:

i reported my card lost and so i get the new card in the mail. So of course i go to activate it when i get the new card in the mail. well it tells me that i have a block on my card and to log on to fix the problem. So i go to the chat on the green dot website and speak with Mohit and tell him what my problem is and his response is i have to buy a new card. Now keep in mind they already took $4.95 out to send me a new card. Then he proceeds to tell me that i have to call the number on the card. I advised him that when i call it tells me there is a block on the card and it tells me to go online he says sorry you have to buy a new card. so i log in on the app and figure out what i need to do . I guess i had to register it online thru the app not the actual website. so i tell him this in case he has another customer with the same issue and he ends the chat so i then chat with Probidita and asked to speak with a supervisor and she refused to transfer me.

Suggested solution:

I just feel like they need better customer service. The agents are there to help you solve your issues with there cards and i couldn't get help from 2 agents. I think i may just take my business elsewhere. Customer service is just that customer service i received no help from either agent
