My complaint:
I filed a dispute for $633.53 and it was granted to me on January 13th. I received and email stating I was granted the $633.53 and it would be in my account withing 24hrs. Will al but $500 was put into my account and today is Feb. 9th and still dont have the $500. I’ve contacted them multiple times and each time the escalate it and tell me it will be in my account within 24hrs but I have yet to get it.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to get my $500.
