My complaint:

I have spoken to many representatives and supervisors concerning my refund from my hacked now blocked account. I have been told many different scenarios to perform all different and still have not received my money. I’ve been hung up on and lied to. The thieves were able to get my money in 2 minutes. It’s been 8 weeks now. I was told 2 weeks since 12172020.

Suggested solution:

Please have them release my money and sent it. They aren't communicating through email or mail as the stated. I've called 23 times. Please help.
