Green Dot Bank complaint: Dispute Provisional credit

My complaint:

I have called and chatted several times about my dispute made on Jan 8 2021. I was told my provisional credit was suppose to be added on the 21st. No one will add my money or send me and details. I have sat on hold for over 2 hours several days just to get hung up on.

Suggested solution:

Add my money to my account
