My complaint:

I filed a dispute totaling $3259.49 on August 1st 2020. I have been told to refile my dispute 3 times since then and now it has been denied. I received a check from progressive insurance because my car was stolen and wrecked. Progressive submitted the check electronically to my email( which was a Gmail address) well my google account automatically put the payment on my default card( which was my green dot card) as soon as I found out the money was on the card and I couldnt find the card anywhere I called green dot and explained the situation. My insurance money had done been spent down to just $300 left. My card must have been in my car when it was stolen. I had not used it in awhile and I disputed all transactions between 712020 and 832020. It goes back even further then that really because there are a bunch of google pay charges that I don’t have a clue what they are. When I submitted my paperwork I turned in police reports and everything. Now they are telling me my dispute was denied.
