My complaint:
I opened a green dot account so I could get my stimulus check direct deposited. I never recieved my card. I’ve ordered 3 and never recieved them. I logged in to get the number to co tact green dot and my account went from $1200 to $3.00. I called greendot and followed their procedure to dispute the charges and my dispute was denied. I never recieved my card so it wasn’t me that spent my money.
Suggested solution:
Green dot should credit my account for funds lost.
