My complaint:

On 112 my account was suddenly blocked. I was told to send a copy of my id and verification from unemployment (where my direct deposits were coming from). I’ve been receiving these direct deposits since May. I sent requested documents with no resolve. I’ve sent them via email numerous times. I’ve contacted them many times only to get the runaround and get told my account has been escalated. I’ve also reported them to BBB.

Suggested solution:

Accept documents I sent ASAP and unblock account immediately so that I can withdraw my money.
