My complaint:
hello so i had filed a dispute with green dot for some transactions that i am not aware of . i was told the first phone call that i would get my provisional credit 10 days after the dispute was made . 10 days came and no credit so i called them again and i was told that it’s 10 days after i sent my letter to them about my dispute . so i waited the 10 days and no credit . i called them again and was told that it’s 19 days after they receive the paper and when i asked to talk to a supervisor , they argued and yelled at me about how i couldn’t talk to a supervisor and how they were going to tell me the same thing i was just told . i eventually was sent to a supervisor and she told me a whole another date i would get the credit . this is wrong and it’s false advertisement and lying . as well as every person that answered the phone anytime i have called have been rude and disrespectful and because i am of color they don’t want to send me to the supervisor . also the supervisor hung up on me when i asked her a question regarding my rights as a customer. i am very angry and at this point ready to sue green dot .
Suggested solution:
i believe they should resolve my case by giving me the provisional credit asap because of all the troubles and lies and disrespect . i also think they should train their employees better than they do and maybe care about their customers a lot more than they do . thank you
