My complaint:

My account was Lock and closed my direct deposit is from Allstate life insurance. I had a direct deposit to my account your company said it was rejected and sent back to my sender. my sender said that they never receive it or the memo for release of funds. I been waiting on proof statement documents showing that you sent it back to my sender. Your company refused to work with me. And a supervisor never called when requested 3 times. This has to be resolved ASAP. Please contact me anytime at 5853638551.
