Green Dot Bank complaint: CLOSING OF CASE WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED AND WILL NOT PUT MY FUND INTO CORRECT ACCOUNT

My complaint:

MY EMPLOYER DIRECT DEPOSITED MY FUNDS INTO AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT MINE I VERIFIED WITH EMPLOYER AND FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED.IVE SPOKE WITH MULTIPLE AGENTS WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR I WAS OLD I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR THE NEXT 2 TIMES I ASKED THE AGENTS HUNG UP ON ME.WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR I COULD NOT HEAR HER CLEARLY DUE TO BAD CONNECTION SO I WAS TRANSFERED TO CORPORATE OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH JAY W. CORPORATE MGR. HE SAID I HAD TO WAIT 2 DAYS I GAVE DETAILED INFORMATION DATE, TIME, VOUCHER, NUMBER, TRACKING NUMBER,NAME OF EMPLOYER AND AMMOUNT I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF WHAT KIND OF BANK CLOSES A CASE WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMER HOLDS MY FUNDS OR JUST PLAIN STEALS MY MONEY AND TELLS ME TO WAIT LONGER !!!!!

Suggested solution:

WITH ALL INFORMATION GIVIN TO THE SUPERVISORS AGENTS AND MGRS THEY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED INSTEAD OF TAKING OVER THE CUSTOMER AND PUT THE FUNDS ONTO MY ACCOUNT ,AFTER I CALLED THE LAST TIME WHICH WAS TODAY 10012020 THE CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPEDITED AND FUNDS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP BUT NO ONE WANTS TO DO THEIR JOB THE CORRECT WAY IF YOU COULD PLEASE HAVE MY FUNDS OF 435.69 PUT ONTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF NOT I WILL BE CONTACTIN A LAWYER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING MY PHONENUMBER IS(682)252-2534 EMAIL IS MARICHAVEZ27.MC@GMAIL.COM I NEEDED MY FUNDS TO PAY MY RENT NOW MY SELF AND MY 5 CHILDREN HAVE BEEN THROWN (EVICTED)FROM OUR HOME BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THEIR JOB BUT NO ONE WOULD LISTEN OR HELP
