Green Dot Bank complaint: Can’t get any customer service help

My complaint:

I bought a green dot moneypak and I can’t transfer the money from it to my debit card because their website won’t let me sign up for an account. I’ve tried everything to get them to help me. But they refuse to do anything about it.

Suggested solution:

I need to talk to a real person about this issue. I've told them this like 6 times. And they have done nothing about but keep saying they are sorry. Sorry isn't going to help me one bit with this issue. They continue to ignore me when I ask for help about the situation and when I ask to talk to a real person. The moneypak has never been used so I know my money is still on it. I still have the receipt and the card.
