Green Dot Bank complaint: Closed my account and still never gave me money and now are still taking money from me

My complaint:

I had money deposited into my account and when I went to take it out they asked me for more information I gave them it then they closed my account denied me further access to it and kept my money they are still charging me monthly fees and accepting my direct deposits this is unbelievable every time I try to speak with someone the close the chat on me they don’t reply to emails nothing this is money I need for my family and this should not be allowed no one will help

Suggested solution:

Return my money and STOP ACCEPTING MY DIRECT DEPOSITS I want this account closed after my money is returned for I never want to deal with them again they are unprofessional and ignorant
