My complaint:
Said they sent back refunds due to card being in pause status. In the policy it early states that if ur card is locked that it does not affect deposits, transactions before u locked ur card, reversals and credits. They continued to have a 42.59 hold from Walmart that was released days before I contacted the bank, they sent back two refunds due to the pause status and then I formed me to call the merchant even tho I have reference numbers.
Suggested solution:
They should be made to refund the total of both refunds back into my account
