My complaint:
I purchased a new Green Dot card from dollar tree yesterday and I can’t use it. I can’t create an account and can’t make purchases. I have spoken to them about 5 times over the phone and every chat I attempt to have with them online they always tell me to call the number on the back of my card. Also, my sister deposited $100 to my account using zelle and I never received it and it’s been over a week now. They can’t give me a straight up answer regarding my issue and I’m fed up and demand my money back
Suggested solution:
I want them to reimburse me my $600 including the $7 they have charged me with for fees.
