My complaint:
Over a week ago I put $480 on a Green Dot MoneyPak card.When I tried to log in to the money pak site to load it onto my Greendot card it wouldn’t allow me to log in, tried setting up new log in couldn’t do that either. Then tried contacting customer service for moneypak all they have is automated, call the number on the back of my green Dot card and no one there can help me with the Green Dot Moneypak card. I am furious and cant believe all the trouble this has been. I have sent in numerous claim forms and get a email telling me to do things I have already done
Suggested solution:
All I want is for my money to be refunded.
