Complaint: Can not get resolution through green dot customer service

My complaint:

When I try to make purchases using my green dot card it continues to say declined. I’ve called green dot every time this has happened and their course of action is always try again in an hour. After doing this their next course of action was to tell me it was the merchant and try another store. I did this with the same result and was told to buy another green dot card and transfer my money to it. I have now been hung up on 3 times and have no way to access my money.
