My complaint:

I’ve been a customer with green dot for almost 3 years, for the last couple of months I have bee receiving direct deposits from unemployment . On the 23rd of June my card was blocked, green dot claimed it was fraud and claimed the unemployment department blocked my card. Unemployment denies this. I’ve submitted all the info that they have asked me for and as of June 27th my account is still blocked. I have contacted an attorney regarding this matter.

Suggested solution:

I need them to unblock my account so I can withdraw all of my money and then I want nothing to do with green dot every again.

Wow.i just can’t believe or understand how they are getting away with this type of issue and doing this type 😠 of thing to customers. This has got to stop, and needs to end. What can we do about this? This is about almost the same thing they are doing to me and I’ve been seeing alot more of these accounts being locked like this and greendot doing nothing to help.
