My complaint:

greendot put a block on my card they claim it to be fraudulent so I sent green dot customer service an email explaining there had been no fraudulent activity on my card I also sent them a copy of my drivers license to show proof that it is my card and person using the card greendot was suppose to get back to me within 2 business days which I waited for a week they never replied back to me so I called spoke to customer service rep I gave her all my information address phone and social security number then she I told him my reason for calling he then told me that they did not accept my drivers license and that there was no other way I could take the money I had on the card off and that the money will remain there so I explained to him that I changed my address so my drivers license still had old address and do to the pandemic Covid-19 I have DMV to get a new D,L He proceeded to tell me there was nothing I could do to get the money off the card and that they could not uplift the block I do have another greendot card that has my old address on there so that matches my D.L Greendot should have other options to tal
